The easiest way to meet people is in the chat room. Most people in their are friendly and will chat with you quite openly, on any subject that you like. I have been to a few munches and they are always friendly and open. No one criticizes your kink or the manor in which you enjoy it. I dont think there is a treasury so a door prize would have to be donated by someone.

I am a new guy here - and it would interesting to attend a munch to meet some locals. I had planned on coming to the Dec. one but wasn't able to. But I know as a new member in any 'club' it is difficult to just come in and join in for most people - especially with a group that has been together for awhile. The same could be said for those that have been members for awhile but don't come out.
So a good start might be to have the next munch for both new members and those that haven't come for awhile. With a special emphasis on making it easy and comfortable to join in. I do like the idea of having it at the Mex though.
There must be fun ideas to make it a bit of an event - like having a draw for something - I'm sure a group as kinky as this one could think of something great. I think it's important to make it fun and easy.
Anyway - I hope to make your next event.

What in the opinion of the silent majority could be done to get more participation at these events?

hope everyone has a good time at the get together thursday. wish i could be there, but it's just too busy a time of year.

@tyee1 that's the joy and wonder of it all - you never know where the journey is going to go and you never know where it is going to end up - so for Me it's not really a 'scene' - I guess you could say it is a 'play'. I find it usually depends on the sub's attitude and responses - and even how I feel - I might be a little more grumpy some days - so she will suffer for it. Now there will be times I have a specific goal in mind for her - how I take her there might vary. So as @Domin81 says - the 'mind' is the best toy - and the other toys are just used to take that mind where I want it to go.

If you do the chats on the 1st and 4th Monday they will be two weeks in a row and then two weeks off. Why not do them on the 1st and 3rd or every second week?

@Tyee1 - I'm not to sure what you mean by making it go the way you pictured. Then again, I don't worry about that stuff (creating, managing or making a scene go in a specific direction) too much myself...
